Wholeness over résumé
Career decisions don't happen in a vacuum. Rica works with the full person — their values, lived experience, and what actually matters to them — not just their job titles and next promotion.
Clarity through honest reflection
Growth requires a safe space to be candid — about fears, frustrations, and ambitions that often go unspoken at work. The coaching relationship is judgment-free by design, because honesty is where real insight begins.
Intentionality
We choose purpose over autopilot. Our work is grounded in thoughtful action aligned with what truly matters — so clients leave not just with clarity, but with the conviction to act on it.
The coach as thinking partner
Good coaching isn't about being handed a roadmap — it's about having a rigorous, structured partner to help you build your own. Rica brings frameworks, questions, and expertise to every session, so clients develop sharper thinking and leave with conviction rather than dependency.
The On Purpose coaching approach isn't intuition-based — it's grounded in decades of research on how people grow, make decisions, and navigate change in organizational contexts.
Taken together, these frameworks form the backbone of a coaching approach that is both evidence-informed and deeply human — rigorous enough to produce real insight, practical enough to produce real change.
